1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused, in the same condition as received.
    • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
    • Product unboxing video should be there of the time he had received the package of the product.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Sale or clearance items (if specified at checkout)

2. Return Process

To return a product:

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Email us at support@japttava.com. Include your order number/ID and reason for return.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will confirm if your product is eligible for return and provide instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Product

Send the item back using the provided return address and packaging instructions.

Step 4: Inspection

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the returned product is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To request an exchange, follow the return process in Section 2.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting customer support.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned following this Return & Refund Policy.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately at support@japttava.com with photos of the product and unboxing video of the parcel
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
